I was properly diagnosed with full blown autism in January 2024. Although the NHS knew about my diagnosis and for whatever reason they kept it from myself and my parents. When I was 38, I finally found out the truth for all those years I finally found out the truth.

At first I was glad and proud, however I soon felt worse for knowing the truth, also when i reached 40 in 2025 I felt extremely depressed and very distressed, also the past 18 months have been bad enough with both my wife leaving and father dying on the same day.
